This wig is hand-dyed, which means every one is a little unique—but it also means the color might bleed or fade if it gets wet, even though the fibers have been sealed to lock in the color. To keep it looking fabulous, avoid wearing it in the rain, while swimming, or during any sweaty dance-offs. If you do need to wash it, go gentle and follow the wig washing tutorial here on the website.

Heat Reliant: This means that you will need to use heat to keep your wig soft and beautiful. Hairs with waves & curls it is recommended to brush and detangle first, place on mannequin head stand and steam over the hair. DO NOT BRUSH while applying steam! Allow to cool, then you may brush – this technique protects the style set into the hair fibers all the while softening them again. If you brush through as you steam you will loosen and possibly straighten the fibers. If your wig tends to tangle a lot, using hair clips separate and work in small sections to steam the fibers.
You may want to do this every 5-7 wears. Shampooing is not required to steam and soften & smooth the fibers. You may also do this technique on straight fibers as well.
You can also use a heat comb, flat iron, or a curling iron on these fibers, pay attention use a low temperature, high temps will damage the fibers. It is also vital to note that if you want to restyle and “curl” your wig, you must let it cool completely in the curl pattern or it will not set into a curl on the wig fibers.
 
She is an AVERAGE size (21-22.5 inches).  The Futura Hair Fibers are heat friendly up to 320°.  Those that are a petite size (19-21 inches) may require the use of a wig grip and/ or wig tape or glue for extra security.
